CONTACT LENSES

With new designs and materials being used, contact lenses are more comfortable and effective than ever before. We believe in taking the time to explain all the different options so you can find contact lenses that are right for you. However you want to use contact lenses, we’ll make sure they help you enjoy excellent vision in comfort.

CONTACT LENS ASSESSMENTS

A contact lens assessment involves a series of eye health and sight tests to confirm that you can use contact lenses and to determine which type will be best for your eyes.

In addition to the tests, your optometrist will ask you some questions about why you want to wear contact lenses, how long for and whether you need them for specific occasions. This helps us make a recommendation that is properly-suited to your lifestyle as well as your eyes.

AFTERCARE AND ADVICE

Aftercare appointments allow us to assess your eye health, comfort and vision after you get your contact lenses.

This will give us the chance to recommend any adjustments or tell you about any new developments in contact lens technology that might benefit you.

It’s also a chance for you to talk with us about your eye health and ask for any advice you might need.

MYOPIA CONTROL AND CONTACT LENSES

Myopia, or shortsightedness, is incredibly common in children and teenagers. The growing prevalence of myopia is concerning because of the detrimental effect it can have on learning and development.

Myopia control lenses represent the latest developments in managing myopia – the lenses correct vision while also slowing the progression of myopia. If your child is diagnosed with myopia, these contact lenses are one of the best ways you can care for their eyes.
