Meet The Team
Cortney graduated from Cardiff School of Optometry and Vision Science. She joined the team in 2010 and is now a partner in the practice. She has gained extensive experience working in both the independent, multiple and refractive surgery sectors and is a member of Sefton Local Optical Committee. Cortney is active in raising money for several charities including Vision Aid Overseas and Archdiocese of Liverpool Youth Pilgrimage to Lourdes.
Paul has been an Optometrist at Waterloo Eye Centre since it opened in 1994. After first training as a Dispensing Optician he made the decision to re-train at Glasgow University to become an Optometrist. When he’s not working at Waterloo Eye Centre he works in the eye department of a local hospital. His interests include riding his motorbike and computing.
Simon has worked at Waterloo Eye Centre since 2005 and he has gained a multitude of skills from his expertise at making sure your needs and requirements are met when choosing your new glasses to ensuring that they are the best fit possible before you leave. His enthusiasm for walking and steam engines takes him all over England and Wales.
